A villa entrance is not a single piece, but a system that works together
Buy the driveway gate from one supplier, the pedestrian gate from another and the railing from a third, and each may be right on its own — but side by side, the slat spacing doesn’t line up, the paint shades drift apart and the motor ends up forced onto the gate after the fact.
When we plan all four together, they are fabricated with the same profile, the same spacing and the same paint batch. The result is an entrance designed from the start, not pieced together afterward.

06Why Saray Metal
The hidden part of the work matters as much as the visible part
Anyone can show how a gate looks in its first year. What decides how it looks in its fifth year is hidden in the weld seams, the surface preparation and the anchoring details.
Made-to-measure fabrication
We have no catalog of standard sizes. Every job is drawn to the opening and level measurements taken on site and fabricated to those dimensions.
Welding and surface preparation
Weld seams are ground flush with the surface. Sandblasting and primer are not skipped before painting — corrosion almost always starts where this step was skipped.
Design and structural support
For steel buildings, mezzanines and roofs, calculations and drawings are done before fabrication; span, loads and the seismic zone are assessed accordingly.
Automation integration
The motor, photocells and remote control are planned together with the gate. Cable routing and the electric lock keeper are provided during fabrication.
A single point of contact
The same team from site survey to installation. The gate doesn’t come from one company, the motor from another and the installation from a third.
Installation across Türkiye
Fabrication takes place in our own workshop in Arnavutköy; delivery and installation are carried out across Türkiye. Within Istanbul, site surveys and installation are standard; in other provinces they are planned project by project.

Choosing the color is easy; making it last is the real work
For metal that stands outdoors, paint is not a preference but a protective layer. That is why surface treatment is not the last step of fabrication but a planned stage of it.
- 01SandblastingRust, mill scale and oil are removed from the surface, creating the roughness the paint will grip.
- 02PrimerThe first barrier against corrosion. It is especially critical on forged and recessed surfaces.
- 03Electrostatic powder coatingThe powder is charged, drawn onto the surface and oven-cured; it leaves no brush marks.

Six things determine the price: the size of the opening, the opening type (sliding, cantilever sliding, double-leaf swing), the choice of infill (slats, composite, perforated, wrought iron), the surface treatment, whether there is automation and the installation conditions. Two gates of the same width can differ noticeably because their infill and automation are different. That is why we do not give a price without measurements and location details — send us your approximate measurements on WhatsApp, and we will prepare a quote based on them.
Yes. Every motor has a manual release key; the key disengages the motor, and the gate can then be pushed by hand. In locations where outages are frequent, battery backup can also be added, in which case the gate keeps running for a limited number of cycles during the outage. On the pedestrian gate, the electric lock is always installed together with a mechanical cylinder; an entrance that opens only electrically will leave you locked out when the power goes.
For a first conversation, a rough measurement is enough — measuring the distance between the two pillars with a tape measure and sending it to us lets us outline the quote. But the measurements used for fabrication are always taken on site, by us. The plumb of the walls, level differences in the ground, the slope of the entrance and the actual condition of the pillars can only be seen on site; they almost never match the measurements on paper exactly.
In most cases, yes. What decides it is the weight of the gate, the condition of its hinges and track, and whether it still moves freely. A gate that is hard to push by hand will strain under a motor too; in that case the motor does not solve the problem — it simply takes the load on itself, and its lifespan is shortened. That is why we first check the gate’s mechanical condition and, if needed, service the track or hinges before installing the motor.
All production takes place in our own workshop in Arnavutköy; delivery and installation cover all of Türkiye. Within Istanbul, site surveys and installation are a standard process — we have work every day of the week along the Arnavutköy, Başakşehir, Hadımköy, Eyüpsultan (Göktürk, Kemerburgaz), Sarıyer (Zekeriyaköy), Çatalca, Büyükçekmece, Silivri, Beylikdüzü and Esenyurt corridor. In other provinces, transport and the installation crew need to be planned, so we set up the process according to the project; tell us where the job is, and we will explain how we proceed for that province.
