What is this model for?
The most common mistake at a villa entrance is buying the driveway gate and the pedestrian gate separately, only to find that they do not match side by side: the slat thicknesses differ, the spacing does not line up, and even with the same RAL code the paint tone differs because it comes from different batches. This model is produced with the same slat section and the same spacing as SM-VK001, in the same paint batch; placed side by side, their lines carry through from one gate to the other. The leaf is a single piece and is made to open either inward or outward — the width of the footpath and the level difference in front of the gate decide this. The hinges are adjustable; if settling of the wall over time makes the gate rub, it is corrected on site. Cable routing for an electric lock and intercom is built in during fabrication.

03An honest note
When is this model not the right choice?
If the driveway gate was bought from a different series or from a different company, the only advantage of this model — series consistency — is lost. If you are looking for a standalone pedestrian gate, the minimal (SM-VY003) or wrought iron (SM-VY002) options are more cost-effective.
Selling the wrong model does nobody any good. Send us the measurements and a photo of the installation site; if this model does not fit, we will tell you which one does.
