01Model
What is this model for?
A closed box section is more resistant to twisting than open sections of the same weight, and because its inner surface is sealed off from corrosion, it lasts a long time. For medium-sized spans — garages, canopies, workshops, farm buildings — the job can be done directly with a box-section structure, without building lattice trusses; this lowers both fabrication time and cost. Because the profiles are cut and prepared in the workshop, only assembly and welding are done on site, and the time on site is shorter. As the span grows, the box-section size increases quickly, and beyond a certain point a lattice system becomes the economical choice; this limit is calculated for each project. On visible parts, the flat surface of the box section looks clean when painted and does not collect dust.

Profile sections and infill divisions are engineered according to the opening width, wind load and type of use; the values listed here are not a fixed commitment.

Technical specifications
Since every piece is made to measure, dimensions are not standard; the fields in the table show which points are finalized during the site survey.
| Structure | Closed box section |
|---|---|
| Suitable span | Small and medium spans — the limit is set by calculation |
| Advantage | Fast fabrication, short time on site |
| Roofing | Trapezoidal sheet or sandwich panel |
| Finish | Primer + paint or galvanizing |
03An honest note
When is this model not the right choice?
As the span grows, the box-section size increases quickly, and beyond a certain point a lattice system becomes both lighter and more economical. This model should not be chosen for wide spans where heavy snow loads are expected.
Selling the wrong model does nobody any good. Send us the measurements and a photo of the installation site; if this model does not fit, we will tell you which one does.

Models used together at the same entrance
Because the driveway gate, pedestrian gate and railing stand side by side at the same entrance, they are made with the same profile thickness and the same surface finish.
Send measurements for SM-CT02
The width and height of the opening, the ground conditions and, if you have one, a photo of the installation site are enough. If a site survey is needed, we will let you know.
